We are able to produce solid cross-section copper profiles in various shapes.

This product family includes trapezoidal profiles for the production of commutators for DC motors or rotor bars for AC motors. These products can be packaged in bars or coils according to requirements and possibilities. In addition, we offer you the possibility of producing ready-to-install components directly from these profiles and according to your technical drawings and specifications.

The number of components to be produced can vary from a few units to more than a hundred thousand pieces per year depending on the process. We can also punch, cut, bend components and carry out surface treatments such as tinning or silver plating. We can machine our profiles for you in different ways, by a single service provider, and also deliver them ready for assembly and in small series. DELIVERY & PACKAGING

KME finished parts come in specially made, standard-compliant, secure packaging. Our packaging guarantees retention of shape, ensuring that a product’s properties are preserved to the utmost after leaving the factory. Sea-freight packaging is something else we offer. We can assess individual requirements provided they can be presented technically, and offer them for an extra charge.
