Dynamo Camp
In 2007, KME founded Camp Dynamo from an idea of Vincenzo Manes, who is its Chairman. Dynamo is Italy's first recreational therapy facility where children and young people with serious or chronic illnesses and their families can enjoy carefree holidays with qualified supervision free of charge.
Dynamo Camp is part of the SeriousFun Children’s Network, a non-profit association that promotes and manages holiday camps worldwide which are specially structured to host children affected by serious and chronic pathologies for free.
With Dynamo, now a solid and independent institution, KME has combined its commitment to sustainability with new social enterprises: Dynamo specifically cares for children and families with serious illnesses, preserves the community's natural heritage and trains thousands of people and professionals for the common good. The Dynamo system is therefore a cornerstone of the KME Group's sustainability strategy. KME will ensure the continuous development of this project, characterised by a constant focus on innovation and the creation of new models with maximum social impact.
